Giannis Antetokounmpo, better known as the “Greek Freak”, has emerged to be the early favorite in the NBA MVP race, according to Vegas odds. Giannis truly lives up to his nickname, as he is a true freak of nature, standing at 6 foot 11 with a 7’3 wingspan and a 40 inch vertical. He is currently averaging 36.8 PPG, 10.8 RPG, and 5.3 APG. This season follows one in which he won the league’s Most Improved Player Award, and he’s not done there. He is looking to win greater things and prove he is truly one of the few elite players, in the game of basketball today. If Giannis keeps that stat line up for the rest of the year, or improves on it, the MVP award is his to take. The Greek Freak is finally living up to his insane potential in this new season and is looking to make the Milwaukee Bucks, title contenders in the Eastern Conference.
