Boston Celtics forward, Gordon Hayward, has suffered a broken ankle only five minutes into his Celtics debut. The injury occurred during the NBA opening game of the 2017-2018 season against the Cleveland Cavaliers. There is yet to be a time table as to how long he will be out for, but we will keep you updated, as more information releases. This caused the NBA world to go into a social media frenzy, as well as spoil the pleasures of the start of a new NBA season. Even I myself was watching this game live on television and witnessed this injury in real time. I was stunned and worried for Hayward and couldn’t continue watching the rest of the game.
