Mighty Mouse has broken Anderson Silva’s 10 title defense record, having defended the UFC Flyweight title for an 11th time, last Saturday (UFC 216). This time it was Ray Borg who was victim of Johnson’s title defense streak, who lost via armbar at 3:15 of the 5th round. When interviewed after the fight, Johnson stated, “I’m not in the business of taking hits and concussions. That s*** is overrated. I’m here to make a fool of you. Throw you like a bag of potatoes and break your arm.” As you can see, his overwhelming confidence in himself as the best fighter in the world and his coaches allow him to achieve extremely difficult feats. He is currently ranked as the #1 pound for pound fighter in the world, and is making a strong case as the best ever.
